Reamer manufacturing tolerances: – Full diameter and 1/10 mm dimensions correspond with H7, – 1/100 mm dimensions of Ø 1.01 to 5.03 mm have a tolerance of 0.000/+0.004 mm, from Ø 5.97 to 12.03 mm have a tolerance of 0.000/+0.005 mm. Application: For reaming through holes, also conditionally suitable for reaming blind holes due to the short trim cut. Particularly suitable for high alloy and annealed steels up to 52 HRC, casting materials and soft non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and brass.
