GERC25-HPDD/429E Design: Precision collets GERC-HPDD similar to DIN ISO 15488-A (old DIN 6499). The collets have an averaged system accuracy of 3 µm (with distance 3 x D max. 50 mm) in precision collet chucks. They have a seal for internal cooling (up to 80 bar) and additional spray nozzles so that, in the case of a workpiece without a cooling channel, the coolant sprays up to the cut. Shanks with lateral face can only be used in a limited way, i.e. the face must be behind the rubber plug to ensure sealing. They are especially suitable for use in the HSC range and for high-precision machining results in CENTRO P. The GERC-HPDD do not have clamping diameter bridging (tolerance h8), neither in CENTRO P nor in the standard collet chuck, where the blue identification ring, which does not have any sealing function, needs to be removed.
