Description

Power clamp, 3-stage Design: Made of alloyed heat-treated steel, forged and black galvanised. Complete with 3-stage carrier element, clamping unit and fixing set. Thrust piece in smooth and ribbed variant, optionally available. Retaining device by grub screw on all steps, 3-fold infinitely variable adjustment range, high clamping forces from 22 kN to 49 kN, infinitely variable in height and length, due to the very robust design, fast, uncomplicated clamping is possible. Simple assembly of the elements, use in T-slots 14 to 28 mm or grid plates M12, M16, M20, 2 thrust piece variants. Application: 1. Position the carrier element on the tool table and fasten it with the specified tightening torque Md. 2. Move the clamping arm to the desired position. 3. The workpiece is clamped by operating the adjusting screw. Note: The max. load may vary depending on the clamping and condition of the thread (lubrication). Not suitable for use on injection moulding die casting machines and presses.
