Description

Segmental Circular Saw Blade Design: Segments hardened and repeatedly annealed to 63–65 HRC. Body made of hardened and tempered special steel with a strength of approx. 1400 N/mm². The extremely tapered relief grinding of the segments in conjunction with the ground cooling channels ensures optimum coolant feed to the cutting area and thus guarantees optimum stock removal. Tooth form HZ = Curved tooth with roughing and finishing teeth. Application: Particularly suitable for machines with powerful drive capacities and changing material cross-sections. Note: Always use sufficient coolant.
