Description

Thread sealant LOCTITE® 55 Design: Coated multifilament polyamide thread with chemically inert, legally protected paste, white, coated. Application: For sealing metal and plastic threads up to Ø 6 inches in domestic and industrial applications. The thread pipe sealant can be used in contact with drinking water (hot and cold), gas, compressed air and industrial oils. Complies with the requirements of the KTW recommendation for cold and hot water, and is suitable for potable water up to +85 °C in accordance with BS 6920. Has DVGW approval,, reg. no.
