HSS keyway push-type broach, type VI, HSS, 20–25 mm Design: HSS, with relief angle. Guide bushings marked I, II and III have a contact collar, shims are included in the price. Application: For the production of machine elements, templates, welding, drilling and clamping devices; the cutting angle is set for steel, but can also be applied for cast iron, bronze and aluminium. For the quick and rational establishment of accurate, precisely centric keyways according to DIN 6885 for fit JS9. The required chip removal is achieved by several passes. Tooth shape and relief angle guarantee a clean surface finish. Can be used on manual and hydraulic presses. The shims are included in the scope of supply of the broaches.
