Description

D-bits, form A, round Design: HSS Co10, according to factory standard, hardened, annealed, true to size and dressed to size. Pre-profiled on one side (bisection with 0.1 mm measurement), with straight cutting edge (length of cutting edge 1.5 x D). One end not machined. Hardness approx. 63–68 HRC. for form A: length: ±2 mm Ø: Ø: h8 Application: Due to respective grinding, also suitable for engraving lettering and contours as well as for contour turning and copy milling in die and mould-making. The pre-profiled bisection is quickly adapted to the required purpose of application by finish-grinding.
