D-bits, form A, round Design: HSS-E Co10, to factory standard, hardened, tempered, dimensionally stable and finish ground. Pre-profiled on one side (bisection with 0.1 mm measurement), with straight cutting edge (length of cutting edge 1.5 x D). One end not machined. Hardness approx. 64–68 HRC. Tolerance for form A: Length: ±2 mm Ø: Ø: h8 Application: Suitable for engraving lettering and contours as well as for form turning and copy milling in die and mould making thanks to appropriate grinding. The pre-profiled bisection is quickly adapted to the required purpose of application by finish-grinding.
