Description

SC torus hard copy mill Design: With centre cut, suitable for drilling. Application: Can be used for copy milling. The neck chip channel makes optimum tool range possible and thus makes it suitable for mould-making applications. The tool life increases with MQL or air cooling. The tool can either be used with a pivoted or straight spindle. Suitable for machining hardened materials up to 62 HRC. Note: Copy milling, cutting values preferred at ap = 0.1 x d1 and ae = 0.5 x d1.
