VDI CNC chuck General note:: VDI tool holders for CNC lathes consist of heat treatable steel with a strength of approx. 900 N/mm², hardness of 56 ±2 HRC and hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. In addition, all VDI tool holders have a cylindrical shank h6 with internal coolant supply and adjustable ball slot nozzles. Shank and supporting face hardened and ground, with coolant transfer hole. Other designs on request. Design: With cylindrical shank and central coolant supply. Chuck and shank in one piece. Clamping using a hex spanner significantly increases clamping force in comparison to conventional chucks. Scope of delivery: CNC chuck incl. sealing disc for inner coolant drills with 3-6 mm Ø.
