Tube and pipe shears Design: Blade with pointed cutting edge for low-effort penetration into the material. With opening spring and one-hand locking lever. Application: For precise, single-handed cutting of tubes, including with textile reinforcement e.g. aramid fibres Die-cast magnesium body, blade PTFE coated. The joint is made of a steel mounted axle with needle bearing. Handles with impact-absorbing soft inserts. Also cuts soft plastic pipes e.g. PEX, PE, PB, etc. as well as thin-walled plastic armoured pipes.
