Description

Precision clamping fixture PL-S Design: Body and jaws made of alloy tool steel, hardened and precision ground. The stationary jaw is smooth, whilst the mobile jaw comes with a horizontally and vertically ground V-block and quick adjustment. Clamping and releasing by Allen key. With quick adjustment and draw-down effect. Jaw adjustable in steps, locks into place automatically. Side clamping surfaces for clamping claws. No spindle which could e.g. foul during the erosion process. Perpendicularity¹: 100 mm = 0.005 mm Parallelism²: 100 mm = 0.002 mm Application: Predominantly for use in tool making on grinding, milling and engraving machines, on jig drills, for measuring and inspection work, and for manufacturing processes requiring the most utmost clamping precision.
