Description

NC machine reamer Design: Centring up to Ø 3.70 mm on both sides with 90° full point, above with centring, with straight shank Ø for standardised mounting in hydraulic chucks and high-precision chuck. The clamping accuracy is significantly improved due to the narrow tolerance of the shanks. Reamer manufacturing tolerances: – Full diameter and 1/10 mm dimensions H7, – 1/100 mm dimensions from Ø 1.01 to 5.03 mm 0.000/+0.004 mm, above Ø 5.03 mm 0.000/+0.005 mm. Application: For reaming through holes, also suitable for reaming blind holes due to the short point (from 3.8 mm).
