Lever gauge, FORMAT Design: Housing for protection of the dovetail guides, hard chrome-plated, resistant against impacts, bearing for lever gauge shaft in precision ball bearings, movements bearing supported with rubies, automatic switching of measuring direction, housing with three milled dovetail guides for holding the clamping shaft (Ø 8 mm h6), measuring insert M1.6 with 2 mm Ø carbide-tipped, rotating metal outer ring. Supplied with key, in plastic case. Application: To check the concentricity of shafts and sleeves, for centring bore holes, alignment of surfaces and parallelism inspections. Form A = measuring insert can be pivoted at a right angle to the scale by 240°. Form B = measuring insert pivotable parallel to scale by 240°. Form C = measuring insert can be pivoted to back of scale by 240°. Note: Suitable measuring inserts M1.6.
