Hardened and tempered multiple times to 63-65 HRC. With significantly reduced friction coefficient and greater temperature resistance. Application: Outstandingly suitable for automatic sawing machines and for the use of minimum amounts of lubrication / minimum amounts of cooling. The highly wear-resistant coating and improved gliding properties make it the preferred choice for permanent use / serial cutting. Permits higher cutting speeds and feeds while increasing tool life.
