Permanent magnet chuck PMNEO-X
Design: Twin neodymium magnetic clamping system with a steel base body. The upper plate can be machined up to a depth of 6 mm without impairing the holding force. The clamping plate is activated using a detachable hexagonal control lever.
Clamping force: approx. 160 N/cm²
Magnetic field height: approx. 10 mm
Transverse pole pitch: 11 + 3 mm
Application: For clamping workpieces during heavy-duty machining, strong holding force even on rough surfaces.
Note: Workpieces from 30 x 15 x 6 mm can be securely clamped at full holding power.
