High performance cooling lubricant concentrate Design: Organically stable, contains mineral oil, nitrite-and chlorine-free and free from PCB, PCT compounds and bacteria. The concentrate is alkaline. Application: The concentrate is stirred with water and forms a stable easy-to-handle emulsion, which offers high tool service lives and perfect surface qualities. Good corrosion protection, long-lasting emulsion and good skin compatibility. Ideal for drilling, turning, milling, sawing, grinding and thread cutting. Application concentration: Grinding: approx. 4% strength (1 l concentrate in 35 l of water) Sawing, milling, turning, drilling: approx. 5% strength (1 l concentrate in 19 l water) Thread cutting: approx. 9% strength (1 l concentrate in 11 l water).
