Description

Collet chuck type ER, ISO 12164-1 (DIN 69893), Form A, HSK 100 Design: Precision-balanced. Made of special case-hardened steel for highly stressed components, with a core tensile strength of min. 1000 N/mm2. All functional surfaces precision machined and guaranteed quality due to double 100% control. More precise than DIN. Hardened: 58 –2 HRC Application: For clamping mills with straight shanks in collets to ISO 15488 (previously DIN 6499). Scope of delivery: Collet chuck complete with clamping nut (balanced, with anti-friction coating for increased clamping force), without coolant pipe.
