Description

Precision collet GERC25-HP/430E Design: Precision collets GERC-HP DIN ISO 15488-B (old DIN 6499). The collets offer average system accuracy of = 0.003 mm (at 3 × D, max. 50 mm) in precision collet chucks (6 µm for GERC8-HP). They are all protected against corrosion with the new FAHRION Protect coating. GERC-HP collets are especially suitable for use in the HSC range and for high-precision machining results, where you only have nominal size (tolerance h10) machining. In the standard collet chuck they have normal clamping diameter bridging; the blue identification ring, which does not have any sealing function, needs to be removed.
