GERC32-HPDD/469E Design: Precision collets GERC-HPDD similar to DIN ISO 15488-A (old DIN 6499). The collets have an average system accuracy of =0.003 mm (at a distance of 3 x D max. 50 mm) in precision collet chucks. They have a seal for through coolant delivery (can be used up to 60 bar) and additional spray nozzles so that the coolant sprays directly onto the cutting edge of a mould without a cooling channel. They are especially suitable for use in the HSC range and for high-precision machining results in CENTRO P. The GERC-HPDD do not have clamping diameter bridging (tolerance h8), neither in CENTRO P nor in the standard collet chuck, where the blue identification ring, which does not have any sealing function, needs to be removed.
