Description

VDE ratchet cable cutter Design: Made of special grade, special tool steel; hardened and tempered in oil. Coated head. Single-handed operation due to ratchet principle, with 2-gear ring drive for simple cutting; cuts smoothly and cleanly, without squashing. With clamping protection. Solid arm cover with cut area to lay material on when cutting. Application: For the squash-free cutting of single- and multi-wire copper and aluminium cables. Note: Not suitable for steel wire and wire cable. Handles with multi-component plastic covers, with recessed grips and indented lettering, insulated up to 1000 V according to IEC 60900, DIN EN 60900, VDE 0682/Part 201.
