ESD horizontal toggle clamp Design: With protective cap and handle made of electrostatic dissipative material. With open holding arm and horizontal foot. Galvanised and passivated. Rustproof rivets for sizes 2 and 3 that run in case-hardened bearing bushings. Bearing bushings greased. Ergonomic, oil-resistant handle with large hand rest and soft component. Safety clamping piece with finger guard, captive fastener for pressure screw at clamping arm end. Application: The ESD horizontal toggle clamp was specially developed for use in ESD protection zones (EPA -electrostatic protected area) for work on electrostatically sensitive components, assemblies or devices in accordance with the DIN EN 61340-5-1 standard. Note: The ESD horizontal toggle clamp is not insulating. It must not be used in areas where open voltages are used. Scope of delivery: Horizontal clamping mechanism, complete with tempered, galvanised pressure screw.
