Gripper without compensation unit Design: Max. permissible speed: 20 [rpm], suitable for Weldon mount and hydraulic expansion chucks. Designed for ambient temperatures from 0° C to 60° C and a transport of workpieces up to max. 8 kg. Three replacement seals are included in the scope of delivery. Available in two versions for workpiece sizes up to max. 50 mm or max. 70 mm. Application: For tool handling in the tool machine. The gripper realises a fully automatic workpiece change during the machining process on a machine tool. It is inserted from the tool magazine of the milling machine and enables workpiece handling between the part storage and the clamping device. It is actuated by compressed air supplied via the machine spindle. The gripper closes pneumatically, opening is by spring force.
