POLICAP grinding cap support Design: Slotted rubber bodies with 3 mm or 6 mm shaft. When removing and refitting the abrasive cap a slight right turn should be made. Changing is easier when the abrasive cap is clamped in the drive machine. Abrasive caps perform best at cutting speeds of 10–20 m/s. Application: To accommodate moulded, seamless abrasive caps. Centrifugal force holds the caps in place during working. Note: The maximum peripheral speed is 25 m/s. The specified maximum speed should not be exceeded for safety reasons. ZYA, 7 x 12 mm.
