Vacuum clamping plate Design: The vacuum clamping plate can be operated either with compressed air in conjunction with the integrated Venturi nozzle or with an external vacuum pump. With a custom field layout, multiple different workpieces can be clamped and machined simultaneously, depending on the number of suction points. High clamping forces, universally applicable. The sealing cords balance small irregularities on the workpiece surface Distortion- and vibration-free five-sided machining. Easy positioning thanks to lateral eccentric stops. With lateral clamping edge for fastening the vacuum clamping plate to a base plate (e.g. machine table). Application: The workpieces to be machined are clamped by generating a vacuum using the integrated Venturi nozzle technology (included in delivery) or an external vacuum pump. Typical applications are milling and grinding jobs. Scope of delivery: Aluminium vacuum clamping plate, integrated Venturi nozzle, silencer, shut-off valve, eccentric stops, suction filter, screw plugs and 10 m long sealing cord Ø 4 mm (black). Note: Operation only with dry, filtered and non-oiled compressed air! Medium temperature 0–60 °C, ambient temperature: 10–50 °C. Please follow the installation instructions.
